As a former Vice Chairman of the Employment Appeals Tribunal and having specialised in the area of employment law over many years, Mr. Coghlan is now particularly experienced within this area. He advises a number of employers upon a consultancy basis. He also acts for employees who have been unfairly or wrongfully dismissed or improperly treated within the work place by way of racial or sex discrimination.
