Mr. Coghlan has developed an extensive debt collection practice within his firm. The firm currently provides an efficient and inexpensive professional service in debt collection proceedings initiated within all three Court jurisdictions within the Republic of Ireland.

Unlike many practitioners within this area, this firm charges a flat rate within the District and Circuit Court jurisdictions. High Court debt collection work is charged for upon a time costed basis. Fees charged cover the prosecution of debt cases on an undefended basis to registration of judgement with Decree forwarded to the local Sheriff with instructions to effect recovery. Further work to include instalment applications, judgement mortgages, winding up etc., are charged for upon the basis of the actual service rendered for the client in each case.
